RoadRun's admin and organization tools process business, scheduling, payout, and operational data used to run the RoadRun platform. This includes organization profiles, provider rosters, client booking records, uploaded media, communications, payout onboarding status, connected-account requirements, dispute and refund records, and precise or approximate location data that is submitted from RoadRun mobile tools where enabled.

By using the RoadRun admin portal, you confirm that you are authorized to access and manage this information on behalf of your organization and that you will use it only for legitimate RoadRun business purposes. RoadRun may share data with service providers such as payment processors, cloud hosting vendors, communication providers, mapping and geocoding providers, and compliance partners as needed to operate the platform and comply with law.
